You Can Master Time — How It FEELS, & How Your Mind Responds to It.

People ask me all the time, “how do you get so much done?” This is one of my secrets to getting so much done — I slow time down for myself using what I’ll be teaching in this course.

Time Therapy is a branch of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) that deals with how the mind conceptualizes time.  How the mind conceptualizes time creates very different experiences of time and a very different set of behaviors.

The mind conceives of time both temporally (how long something takes) and SPATIALLY (where YOU are in regard to time.)  I know. Weird.

It’s the SPATIAL conception of time that creates how time feels to you, and results in those very different behaviors.  Some people are super punctual, all the time. They don’t even have to think about it.  Some people are always late, no matter how much they do think about it and try to change it.

Some people feel like they have all the time in the world. Their day moves luxuriously slowly, and they feel like they have plenty of time. Life doesn’t seem to be “rushing past” for them, while for others it always seems like they’re behind in their day, and a day, a week, a year seems to be over as soon as it’s begun. However, these folks might struggle with “getting around to” some important things in their lives.

Those differences are the result of the different ways the mind spatially conceives of time. Wouldn’t it be great to have the best of both of these time-worlds?

And you can.  You can change how your mind deals with time, even temporarily or situationally, and then changed back.  And the more you do that, the better you get at it — its a way to have your time cake and eat it, too.  You can have all the good that comes with your native spatial relationship to time, and get rid of the bad.

Confused? Sure, I get it. This is new to most people. This is one of the most interesting (and useful) areas of NLP. Some have called this “NLP’s greatest discovery.” I use Time Therapy a lot with my client work, and I’m excited to offer this training to you.

— What type of time construct your mind is using;
— How that is creating behaviors in your life — some good, some not so much;
— How to change your mind’s time construct intentionally, and when to do that to get the results you want.
— How to program your mind to change your time construct FOR you, in association with specific parts of your life;
— How to use your personal timeline to stop focusing on unpleasant memories. (I get asked a lot to hypnotize people to not be able to remember something. This is the closest and most effective technique to that.)
— How to manage your timeline to stop being late and become an “on-time” person;
— How to manage your timeline to slow life down, so that you can be present and enjoy your life instead of feeling like it’s slipping by too fast.
