I do have some of the reactions you talk about in the sleep, anxiety, blood sugar video. I looked for hypnosis to maybe see if it would help me sleep with a nasal cannula as I am to sleep with oxygen , but I can’t stand the feel of the cannula on my face and the prongs in my nose.
If this would work, how much would this cost? I am sure it is all in my mind, another downward stage of age, and from previous years as a smoker.
thanks, Pat
