Do a little bit more for yourself today than yesterday…

Screen Shot 2014-10-03 at 8.23.47 AMJust a little.  Don’t make it hard.  When trying to cure your anxiety, or make any change in your life, take 5 more minutes to meditate or do self hypnosis.  Take a 5 minute walk in the garden.  Take 3 minutes to create a new affirmation.  Make one small healthy change to a meal.  Go to bed 5 minutes earlier.  Add that to what you’ve been doing, and keep doing a little bit more for yourself each day.  Pretty soon, those little acts of kindness to yourself add up to a big impact in how you feel, think and act.  It begins with you, and it starts small.  Make it a game. As you go about your morning routine, ask yourself, how can I do a little extra kindness for myself today? Just a little more than yesterday?  Don’t LET it be overwhelming to change your situation, because it doesn’t have to be.
